Most orders with in strock items with ship out within 2-4 days. Pre-sale orders will ship as soon as an item is in stock. Made to order orders will normally take 7 days to produce and then ship from our facility.

Most domestic orders take between 3 and 5 days to reach you, depending on your location relative to Cincinnati, OH.

Occasionally packages will be delayed or late in delivery. Please frequently check the tracking information contained in your shipment notification for updates. It is not the responsibility of The Spooky Shop to track every item. If a shipment appears to be delayed, we strongly urge contacting either the carrier for assistance, or your local post office to see if it has already been delivered by USPS. We are also not responsible for packages shipped to incorrect addresses, nor are we responsioble for packages that show as delivered while they are left outside your door, at the front desk, or any other receiving party.

Apart from size exchanges and defective items, all sales are final, and no refunds are given. Generally speaking, most sale items, special editions, and pre-order items do not qualify for return or refund, due to limited stock. Exchange items are not guaranteed in-stock. The Spooky Shop does not offer refunds or exchanges for items lost or damaged after purchase. Please reach out to us to see what we can do for you in these cases!

For most shirst yes, if there is a print or design that you really want in a certain size please reach out to us and we are happy to work with our printer to get you exaclty what you need. For SALE SHIRTS / SPECIAL EDITION these a limited to certain runs and may not be available once they are sold out.
